The polyphem® fixation system impresses with its simplicity. Almost every case is covered with just one screw (adjustable as monoaxial or polyaxial). Every screw is self-tapping, cannulated, and cementable. The concept aligns versatile implants with a simple set of instruments thus avoiding complex extra parts.

Every screw is self-tapping, cannulated, and cementable. Additionally you can adjust the locking mechanism into a mono- or polyaxial state. The screw head provides a long reduction thread which helps with rod insertion and listhesis treatment.
